Simple Quotation Template
- Insert your company name, address, and logo.
- The date appears automatically as it is configured with the =TODAY() function.
- Insert Quotation date and days for which it is valid.
- Insert Delivery time in days and payment terms in days.
- Add item description, quantity, and price. The amount column is auto-calculated.
- Add the applicable Terms and Conditions.
- The template displays the amount summary. It consists of Subtotal, Tax %, Tax Amount, and Total. Insert only the tax %. All of the rest fields are auto-calculated.
- Print the quote, sign and send it to your customer.
Product Quotation Template
Before you start using this template configure the Master Sheet in this Excel file so that you don’t need to enter data manually in the template.
- Insert your company name, address, and logo.
- The date appears automatically as it is configured with the =TODAY() function.
- Insert Quotation date and days for which it is valid.
- Insert Delivery time in days and payment terms in days.
- Select the Product Name and it will automatically fetch the product SKU and price. Insert quantity and the amount column is auto-calculated.
- Add the applicable Terms and Conditions.
- The template displays the amount summary. It consists of Subtotal, Tax %, Tax Amount, and Total. Insert only the tax %. All of the rest fields are auto-calculated.
- Print the quote, sign and send it to your customer.
Product Quotation Template
A service provider often needs to use some materials or peripherals to complete the service. Before you start using this template configure the Master Sheet in this Excel file so that you don’t need to enter data manually in the template.
- Insert your company name, address, and logo.
- The date appears automatically as it is configured with the =TODAY() function.
- Insert Quotation date and days for which it is valid.
- Insert Delivery time in days and payment terms in days.
- Select the Service description and it will automatically fetch the service code and price. Insert quantity and the amount column is auto-calculated.
- Select the Peripherals used in the service if applicable. The template fetches the product code and rate. Enter the quantity and it calculates the amount.
- Add the applicable Terms and Conditions.
- The template displays the amount summary. It consists of Subtotal, Tax %, Tax Amount, and Total. Insert only the tax %. All of the rest fields are auto-calculated.
- Print the quote, sign and send it to your customer.
